Rapid Hosting

I thought I’d better write a formal post about our recent server upgrade.

On Wednesday, 2nd of July we had our first scheduled server upgrade where we upgraded Gravity’s system ram from 1GB of ECC ram to 2GB of ECC ram.  This was not to rectify any specific issues but simply to continue growing the Gravity’s server specifications as it continues to grow.

The Gravity server was offline for approximately 50 minutes.

A short while ago we created a brand new account for “Rapid Hosting”.  The new Account number and BSB will be found in the top right hand corner of your “View Printable Invoices” when you access your client area.

This will replace the HR & DL Pearce Family trust account in which current direct bank depositors have been using till now.

In the interest of providing you the speediest service when paying via direct deposit, it’s very important to update all your records with our new details.  If you are unsure, please login to your secure client area and open a support ticket.

Current customers should expect to recieve an update via your email within the new few days.
